I hope today finds you and your family in the best of health and care. I want to extend my heartfelt appreciation and gratitude to the Attica community for your continued support, well wishes and kind expressions. I am honored to be the Superintendent of such an incredible school district. Our students are exceptional and our staff are among the most skilled and dedicated professional's you will find anywhere. Our Board of Education is united as a governing body who believes that our children deserve the best. We are extremely proud of our district and the vast array of programs and initiatives that are supported by our community. We are working diligently on increasing rigor and improving student outcomes across the district. Our efforts to make Attica an exemplary school district must not rest on the shoulders of a few but must be a collaborative effort that engages every member of our community. Education is perhaps one of the most complicated, multifaceted processes one can embark upon. To think that schools alone can bring about change and lead an improvement agenda is fallacious and misleading. This process must involve educators, parents, community members, business owners, politicians, adult communities and of course our children. Everyone must take responsibility for our district. A community divided will fail its children.
