
Beginning Monday, December 16th, buses will be dropping off and picking up students behind the building. If your child is a car rider you will now be able to pull up to the front of the building. There will no longer be a wait time on buses.

Our junior high student council members are assisting at Christmas in Attica today. The Devon is showing a free movie with free popcorn and a drink beginning at 2:00 this afternoon .



Members of the high school choir sang Christmas music for the residents of Autumn Trace this morning, followed by a carol sing-a-long.

The junior high band, choir and theater students attended a performance of Miracle on 34th Street yesterday. They traveled to Harmony Dinner Theater for a home cooked meal and a show.







Our core value for December is service. Ms. Emily had a special guest come visit each of the classrooms. Nicole Tillotson brought in her service dog, Violet, to talk about how service dogs help others. Thank you, Nicole and Violet!










AES will be hosting a family literacy night on December 11. There will be family friendly activities, Bingo, and prizes.


Janet Allbaugh, nurse practitioner, visited the 6th grade careers’ class. She brought several medical instruments the students could actually use!





Mrs. Galloway's Ag power class made parallel circuits today after finishing up their electrical unit.





AES students in high ability class have built VEX robot cars with optical sensors and now they are writing computer code that will automatically guide their robots on a pathway around the classroom!

Mrs. Kiger's mom is a nurse practitioner and she came to kindergarten to teach about germs, healthy habits, and how to take good care of ourselves! We had a great time and learned a lot!!
